Tickets on sale Friday for Larry the Cable Guy

Tickets for a show that is sure to sell out go on sale this Friday at the Warner Theatre box office (860-489-7180, www.warnertheatre.org).
We're talking about Larry the Cable Guy, the lovable redneck behind that catchphrase, "Git-R-Done."
This guy has made millions by acting like a hick on stage. Now you can give him some of your moneyand probably laugh a lot in the process. Shows are 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 25, in Torrington, and tickets are $41.75.

Doubt opens Saturday at Warner Theatre

"Doubt," the Tony Award-winning play made famous by the movie last year starring Meryl Streep, will be performed at the Warner Theatre's Nancy Marine Studio Theatre starting this Saturday.
Performances are 8 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20-21 and Feb. 27-28. There will also be an 8 p.m. performance on Friday, Feb. 26.
Tickets are $18.50 and available at www.warnertheatre.org.
J. Michael Smith directs the story of Sister Aloysius, "an old-school nun who begins to suspect an inappropriate relationship between a priest and student" at a Catholic school set in New York City.
