WASHINGTON - The eighth annual Festival of Trees Cocktail Party to benefit the Gunn Memorial Library and Museum is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 4 from 5 to 7 p.m. The community is invited to launch the holiday season by attending this year’s event. The suggested donation for the cocktail party is $12 per person or $20 per couple. On Saturday, Dec. 5th there will be no charge to view the trees from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please call the library for further information and to purchase tickets at 868-7586 or email gunnlib@biblio.org. Tickets will also be available at the door on the night of the event. The Gunn Memorial Library is located on the Green in Washington, at the juncture of Route 47 and Wykeham Road.
