Palace Theater line-up features Gordon Lightfoot

WATERBURY – Singer Gordon Lightfoot, a nostalgic Doo-Wop concert, and a stand-up comedy play on gender differences are on the schedule for June at the Palace Theater.

The full line-up:

The Bowzer's Original Doo-wop party will be Sun., June 1 at 7 p.m.
This nostalgic concert hosted by Jon Bauman as "Bowzer," features performances by Charlie Thomas’ Drifters; Shirley Allston Reeves, former lead singer of The Shirelles; Larry Chance and the Earls; The Harptones; Bowzer and the Stingrays; and special guest, The Incredible Kid Kyle. Tickets are $55 and $35.

Movin' Out will be Fri., June 6 at 8 p.m. and Sat., June 7 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
The musical brings 24 Billy Joel classics to life as it tells the story of five life-long friends over two turbulent decades. Tickets are $58, $53 and $48.

Dave Reilly presents a stand up comedy adventure on Sat., June 14 at 8 p.m.
Reilly's original interpretation of classic gender differences combined with his character acting has audiences falling out of their chairs in this two-plus hour stand-up comedy adventure.
Tickets are $55, $45 and $35.

The Art of Love Tour stops in on Sun., June 15 at 7 p.m.
Singer/songwriter Chrisette Michele will perform "Be Ok," and "Like a Dream," off her album, "I Am.” The concert will also feature Raheem DeVaughn singing from his new album, “Love Behind the Melody.” Tickets are $57.25, $47.25, $37.25, and $27.25.

Gordon Lightfoot will play on Tues., June 17 at 7:30 p.m.
The voice and author of countless songs, Lightfoot will perform many of his hits, including "If You Could Read My Mind," "Sundown," "Carefree Highway," and "Rainy Day People."
Tickets are $52.75, $44.75, and $34.75.
